sir/madam,
i will b appearing for ca final & my brother will b appearing for ipcc in may , 2014 , so will the companies act , 2013 will be applicable for our exam .

For both future CA......
The Institute will issue Notification for applicability of new Companies Act, 2013 in May 2014.....
So wait & watch......

In 2013 attempts it will not be applicable.
However situation is not clear w.r.t. applicability of the same in 2014. So request you to wait for official announcement.

Agree with Experts..
The scenario isn't clear that much as per the above notification It cant be said whther it will be applicable or not...
But ICAI will issuie notification atleast before 6 months in this regard...

well , thanks but i heard that for cs exams the new companies act is applicable from june onwards . hope dat icai shud shed some light in dis regard as quickly as possible .

@sandip bhai ! syllabus bohot bada hai aur abhi syllabus pura khatam karna bohot muskil hai , kya faeda woh padne ka jiska koi mahetwa nhi hoga in regards to exm
