A Institute is registered under Society Registration Act 1860 and getting exemption under section 11 of Income Tax Act and providing Education services to students like MBA MCA courses.
There are about 100 Employees,
Whether on this Institution Bonus Act is applicable.

Bonus act is applicable since the number is employees has crossed 20. And the same will be applicable once the establishment complets its 5 years from the date of registration.
