Is 15CA/15CB applicable only to Business Entities or even to Non Residents who want to repatriate the amount credited to NRO a/c to their home country.

With the advent of time, especially so when rupee convertibility is in vogue, the word REPATRIATE is seldom used in practice.
So I take this as remittance from NRO account by non residents.
