Hi,
can anyone tell me:
5 Cos. of ours are changing their regd ofc from delhi to jharkhand, so, can a company secretary in whole time employment, appointed in one company appear before CLB on behalf of its group company.

No. However,regulation 19(2) of COMPANY LAW BOARD REGULATIONS, 1991 permits the company secretary to represent the company in which he is employed.
