whether seperate resoultion is being needed for appointment of director,managing director ,chairman in a pvt ltd company

For each individual director seperate resolution is required.
If you are appointing the same person as chairman and Managing Director you can pass only one resolution stating that he has been appointed as director and designated as chairman cum Managing Director.
If you are appointing the same person as chairman and Managing Director you can pass only one resolution stating that he has been appointed as director and designated as chairman cum Managing Director.
