If an assessee is doing the business of buying and selling vacant plots, will service tax provisions be applicable?

HERE SERVICE TAX WILL NOT BE APPLIED BUT T.D.S WILL BE APPLIED ,IF VALUE OF LAND EXCEEDS RS 50 LAKH 194IA WILL BE APPLIE
