My AOP work in contractor ship .A.Y.11-12 total payment received 3500000.00 . I return file ITR-5 and claim net profit U/s 44AD 8% 280000.00. I am right please give me answer.

In my view, AOP is not an eligible assessee U/s 44AD to opt for presumptive scheme of income U/s 44AD.
