02 October 2013 Will there be any change in PAN/TAN of company after its name change?

If yes, what will be the formalities?

What will be the effect on advance tax/TDS deposited by the co. ?

02 October 2013 yes. need to update the name in the PAN/TAN records also.

PAN need to be update through form 49A & TAN can be update through form 49B
