30 October 2010 plz tell me that what is "DATE OF REGISTERATION OF TRANSFER OF SHARES"
is it date of presentation of transfer deed to roc or date of submission of deed to company?

30 October 2010 Form 7B is the share transfer form to be executed between the transferer and transferee and that should be given to the company concerned thereby no need arises to file the same before ROC.

01 November 2010 Agreed with Sir.....

The date of registration of transfer will be effective on the date on which the company Board Meeting take in to effect and made entry in the register of transfer.

01 November 2010 Yes. Agreed with Mishra Ji. A transfer between transferor and the transferee is not effective until the transfer is registered in the company's register.
Citation :- LIC of India Vs. Escorts Ltd (1986) 59 C.Cases 548 (Sc).

Where Equity shares are transferred from Resident to NRI on Non-Repatriable basis, is there some need of reporting/pricing guidelines to be followed?
