22 December 2017 For finalizing 704 audit Report for the FY 16-17, first I have to file revised annual return 16-17. However I find there is no provision on MVAT site to upload the same. Whether the facility of annual return is withdrawn or we have to file revised monthly return for each month. Please guide.

01 January 2018 You can upload either revise return monthly/quarterly depending on periodicity or annually.

02 January 2018 Thank You very much for your reply. However I have not fully followed your answer. What you mean to say is if a dealer files monthly return then he has to file only revised monthly return for a particular month if he finds some omission instead of annual at year end before file his audit report in 704 for 16-17. Earlier he has to file only annual return comprising all missed out transactions even though his periodicity was monthly. Can I conclude that Annual Return for FY 16-17 does not exist.
