Please tell me the procedure for filing or AR. Whether it is necesary to get the Schedule V of AR's hard copy signed by the concerned person and then scan it in the PDF format or should i convert the soft copy in PDF format written as SD/-

19 October 2010 Schedule V has to be prepared in word or excel format, in which the concerned persons name should be typed and above that put Sd/- and take a print out. The same has to be certified as true copy and should be signed and sealed by the Mg. director. Then convert the excel or word format into pdf, attach with e-form 20B for uploading purpose.
N.B :- This is only for e-filing purpose. However ,hard copy originally signed by the concerned persons should be with the company for records.
