what is an annual return? what does it comprise of? and how to upload it on ministry of corporate affairs site? can anyone please send me the format of annual return? my email id is banaxec@gmail.com. thanking you in advance.

Annual Return is the disclosure about the securities issued by the company, it comprises of Eq., Prf shares & debentures. I m enclosing the excel format 4 u. It is uploaded in Form-20B in MCA21.com. U must register user to upload it. ur login id will b required.
