If your Balance Sheet has been audopted by Board as on 08.07.13 then you call an AGM till 30.09.2013 for the FY 2012-13. Suppose AGM is 26.09.2013.
Due date of AGM: 30.09.2013
AGM Date: 26.09.2013
Notice Date : it will be date of BM in which Notice has been approved for calling AGM.
Form-23AC & ACA will be filed with in 30 days from AGM &
Form-20B will be filed in 60 days from AGM.
Not holding AGM for FY 2011-12 maximum by 30.09.2012 is a non compoundable offence.
If AGM has been held, then you can file Form-20B(Annual Return) for that year.
