Dear Experts, 1) Please inform me whether anything other than the below statutorily has to be informed in the annual report of a private limited company. a) Notice of the AGM b) Director's Report c) Directors Responsibility Statement d) Audit Report e) Balance Sheet Abstract & Company's General Profile. f) Annexures to Director's Report. g) Significant Accounting Policies.
2) Incase of a private company whether the directors are liable for retirement by rotation if the Articles are silent on this?

(1).The query is not clear. Presuming that the requirements are for filing annual return (e-form 20B)before ROC through MCA21portal, Pl attach the following. with the said form 1) Annual return prepared in Schedule V of the Companies Act,1956. 2) Balance sheet abstract. 3) Notice of AGM. (2).If AOA is silent,directors are not liable to rotation.
