05 August 2010 While furnishing Annual information return, do we need to give the transaction of issue of share or debenture which are issued other than cash on in replacement of any old liabilities in private placement?

05 August 2010 Though there is an option "others" in mode of payment in clause 9 of form 61A, on a combined reading of section 285BA and rule 114E, I understand that, for the said item monetary transaction need alone be reported.
