In case of Annual Information return, we need to give information about shareholders. Here do we need to give entire information of share applications received or only shares alloted alongwith security premium. As many share applications will have been partially or fully refunded, still we need to give information on share applications received?

The amount actually received from a transacting party ,and not the amount relating to the allotment ,is to be reported in the AIR.
