Annual filing by a public company

26 May 2011 Dear Friends/ Experts,

Ours is a public limited company incorporated in the year 2006. However the business opeartions of the company has not been started yet.
As a result of the same the company has not prepared its Profit & loss account for Fy 2010-11. Tee company has capitalised all the expenses incurred during the financial year 2010-11 and taken under the head preliminary expeses in the balance sheet of the company.

Subsiquently while filing eform 23ACA on MCA portal i can not attach P&L account to the form 23ACA.
However form 23ACA can not be uploaded without mandatory attachment of P&L account

Please suggest me on this issue.
(Note: The company has prepared Income & Expenditure account for FY 2010-11)

26 May 2011 in the place of profit & loss account you can attach there the balance sheet... because in your case your compnay not commence its business untill now... so you can go ahead for filling form 23ACA by attaching the balance sheet

28 May 2011 But sir my question is we file Form 23 ACA for filing Profit and Loss account and other documents and Form 23AC for filing balance sheet and other documents
with the Registrar.
As i will attach Balancesheet to 23AC how can i attach the same to 23ACA?
