Annexure ii, 24 q whether mendatory if nil return in q4??

We have filed 24 Q for Q2 & Q3, but in Q4 there is no TDS on Salary ,i want to know, if we file return of tds on salary for Q4, whether it is neccesary to fill annexure-ii ??
