I had one more query ..
An asses see having a Deemed to be Let out Property For which he has 2,40,000 Interest on housing Loan so my question is that while Calculating ADVANCE THE WORKING Can we Take Rs. 2,40,000 or Rs. 1,50,000 (the basic limit) ..

Since Its let Out Property Then You Claim Any Amt. That is 2.4 Lacs in Your Case, Provided There Should be One Self Occupied Property Other Than Above Discussed.
