An amount of Rs. 30000/- thirty thousand is being paid in cash towards salary to managerial staff. Is it okay or is there a limit of 20000/- cash payment per day for salary also.

The limit of Rs.20,000/- per day is applicable for individual staff.

Sec.40(A)(3) will not attract if the Salary payment made after considering the TDS u/s.192
