I want to know, what is the procedure of ammnendment in the service tax certificate as service receipent. can i ammended it through online if yes then after what documents submitted in the Department??

01 February 2014 Mr.Yogesh Singh Rajput, you can amend your service tax certificate through online only. For this purpose, you have to log in on ACES website and go the amendment and "tick" for recipient column and change if any details are to be changed. However, after adding recipient, you have to add specific service you are going to receive and take a printing of the amendment page before submission. then submit. After submission, you will receive message "your request for amendment is accepted". Then submit printed form alongwith PAN card, latest address proof duly signed by the authorised signatory to your Range Office. Hope the details will suffice your requirements.
