plz tell me the amendments made in law in ipcc would the whole companies act has been amended ? all the chapters has been replaced? or a slight amendments has been made ? n wat about business law n ethics n communication?

there will be major change in syllabus because companies act 1956 is replaced with companies act 2013

ICAI has clarified that certain sections of companies act shall be applicable to November 14.
