Ok i am also karnataka , bangalore only.

then log on to VAT efiling website

go to amendment

select form-4

type the new MD details

upload copy of form-32 & board resolution

submit online

take print out of ack

submit to the concerned LVO

I tried doing it but i am unable to edit any details in vat no 4. how to do it.

dont select only the form-4

select all then you clik NEXT NEXT & amend the form-4 give FINISH

and SUBMIT
