Amendment to be service recipient

18 June 2014 I am a service provider for 1 year but now I have started receiving GTC services and is also liable to pay service tax as service recipient. Do I need to amend my registration to include SERVICE RECIPIENT in it? I was asking this because only thing I found to amend in the registration was to check the service recipient category of taxpayer as I haven't started providing any other taxable services
