15 May 2015 I want to change date of birth in my mother's PAN as wrongly given by us.

Can I support my mother's Adhaar Card for the same which mentioned Date of Birth (she has no any other proof of DOB).

Can I apply Online for amendment.

Please advise.

15 May 2015 Yes you can apply for change in date of birth using Aadhar Card as adhar card has been recognized as proof of date of birth just recently by CBDT. But the adhar card must bear the DOB in dd/mm/yy format ie. full date of birth. You can apply online on NSDL website. Choose PAN correction application option and fill up the form online. Pay fees online using your debit, credit or netbanking and get a print out of acknowledgment generated and send it to address provided with copy of aadhar card and other supporting documents if any within 15 days by post. You will get a new PAN card at your given address.
