existing pvt ltd co is service provoider of renting machinary. in feb co paid transport charges of rs 2lacs and the transporter informed to co to pay 3.09 service tax being service receipientas per reverse machanism. whether regn certicate to be amended to obtain the transport code. whether there is any threshhold limit on service receipts.

No need to amend the registration for payment of service tax on reverse charge system. you can pay the service tax on present service tax code.
