We have alloted shares for consideration other then cash but by mistek in allotment return i have write consideration for cash. I WAS IN RECEIPT OF ALL THE ASSETS OF THE TRANSFEROR FOR ISSU OF SHARE AND THE BUSINESS OF THE TRANSFEROR IS SHUT DOWN MEANS NOT CONTINUE AS GOING CONCERN. SO PLEASE INFORM ME THAT AM I LIABLE TO FILE FORM NO 3 IN SUCH CASE ? AND WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR SUCH RACTIFICAATION OF ERRORE.

Please contact to ROC official, because you can not ratified Form-2. However, it is also required to File Form-3 along with 2 if shares are alloted other than cash.

Firstly File Form-3 for the same. Then you ask ROC official for the same.
