31 August 2010 according to section 40 (B)
the payment of remuneration should not exceed the following amt

(a) on the first 3,00,000 of book profit or in case loss ---> rs.1,50,000 or @ 90% of book profit wich ever is more.

(b) on the balance book profit ---> @ 60%
