After 1 year can transfer articleship

11 February 2014 sir i have1.8m complete articleship can tranfer allowed by the icai on the basis of father medical ground and rest of articleship doing own home town .plz advice me

11 February 2014 as such no...however, you can still apply. ICAI President has the discretion of allowing transfer on grounds not covered under 56(1).
