ADVISE ON REVISED AUDIT REPORT UNDER MVAT

11 February 2008 I just want to know can Revised MVAT Audit Report be filed if original report was based on returns that were defective or not properly filed and advise given in the audit report based on that returns too was wrong due to non-availability of all records made available by the dealer in time. Can such Revised Audit Report be filed by another auditor if previous auditor who conducted the audit does not consent the same and too does not provide access to the original report filed with the Department.

11 February 2008 The Query is about Revised Audit Report and that too whether same can be prepared by another auditor if previous auditor does not consent the same and same is required to be prepared based on new facts and records made available by the dealer.
