chahe hum payment advance kare ya belated at a time cheq. to same name se issue kiya jayega.

Dear Gurjar,
Advance tax payment though cheque is not possible in company case, you have to deposit your tax though e-payment (https://onlineservices.tin.nsdl.com/etaxnew/tdsnontds.jsp)
and in case of individual,
Draw the cheque in the name of "Yourself A/c Income Tax Advance" along with CHALLAN NO./ITNS 280.
Do not forget to quote your PAN in the challan.
