    DEAR MR RAM, AS YOU REPLIED MY QUERY THAT TDS SHOULD BE DEDUCTED AFTER DEDUTING THE SERVICE TAX AMOUNT. TDS SHOULD BE DEDUCTED ON SERVICE TAX. CAN YOU PROVIDE ANY NOTIFICATION/ANY CASE LAW ETC. WHICH COULD PROOV THAT TDS SHOULD BE DEDUCTED AFTER EXCLUDING THE SERVICE TAX AMOUNT.
