two different IT return

Any individual submited their IT return for 2007-08 in ITR -2.That time he earned salary and commitions. So, he submited ITR-2. But in the year 2008-09 he did earn commision. So, can he submit ITR-1 for earning only salary? Can same person submit two different return in two differents f.y.year ?

Dear Prakash,
ITR depends upon your Income Source. Its not same in every year if your Source of Income changed.and only one ITR has to filled.
