19 July 2014 we have taken advance license for export, now we don't want to export material under advance license, we surrendered advance license to the department, now please tell me how to take credit of duty of that material which we purchased against advance license, and which documents needed to take credit of duty? because in bill of entry of that material its shown as against advance license.

pls. suggest me ASAP.

20 July 2014 If you have surrender the advance license then you will import the input with payment of duty and take the cenvat credit if you are manufacturer and pay the duty on final prodcuts.

21 July 2014 If u HV imported under adv.license and after that want to surrender """ u need to pay the duty which was saved at the time of import along with intrst
