07 September 2011 i am entering a ca as a partner in our ca firm. also starting a new branch of firm.

How much stamp duty is payable for it admission of partner ?

Which form is required to be sent to the ICAI.

08 September 2011 It depends on State to State. In Maharashtra it is Rs. 500/- non judicial stamp paper. This is not the end you have to get the firm registered under the Registrar of Firms & Society also. You have to intimate to the ICAI with form No. 18 along with a copy of Partnership deed - certified copy
