Admission of new partners and resignation of old partner

13 November 2018 Hiii Everyone, My query is "A Chandigarh based 2 Partners firm is deciding to resign one partner and further adding two partners". I want to know the procedure for the same and also wants to know that the Pan card of the firm also be renewed or not? Whether on resignation of one partner the partnership firm be dissolve or not? Does the resign of a partner affect firms existence or not?

15 November 2018 Draft and register an amended partnership deed on a stamp paper of appropriate value as per your state and get it signed by all partners and notarized. After that get it registered from Registrar of firms of your area.
As long as there are minimum two partners the partnership firm's existence is not affected.
there is no new PAN card required.
