Can we Adjust CST liabilty from Input Tax Credit availaible? Please answer for Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai,and Bangalore.

as per my knowledge, you cannot adjust the CST against Input Tax Credit. let us get some more experts view.

In case of Mumbai, VAT on Fixed assets also adjusted against Input Tax credit. Is it correct with regard to provisions of MVAT.

Chennai/Bangalore- Input credit VAT cannot be adjusted with CST, as you said VAT on capital goods can be adjusted with output VAT subject to some conditions
