I have a registered premise and now i have started giving same service from two more premises,is there any need to intimate the department about those two premise ,if yes then what is the procedure?
"In case an existing registrant wishes to add any new premises to the centralized registration or wishes to add new taxable services in his registration certificate or amend it as regards any other details, he may provide such details to the jurisdictional Superintendent in Form ST-1, indicating only the amendment/rectification required to be made in the registration certificate, along with a copy of the original registration certificate. In case the changes relate to deletion of any premises or taxable service, the registrant may file an intimation on plain paper along with copy of the registration certificate. "
