02 October 2024 My grandfather owns the place I live in currently. I've lived here since I was born and all my proofs are in this address. What should I show as proof of possession of premises? My grandfather is survived by my grandmother, my mom and her siblings. My mom had a legal heir certificate of my grandfather. I'm not sure what proof i can provide that links me to the place.

02 October 2024 Need to have mutation of the property in name of his legal heirs. Only after that you can get NOC from the existing owners.
