Additional place of business belonging to late grandfather

02 October 2024 My grandfather owns the place I live in currently. I've lived here since I was born and all my proofs are in this address. What should I show as proof of possession of premises? My grandfather is survived by my grandmother, my mom and her siblings. My mom had a legal heir certificate of my grandfather. I'm not sure what proof i can provide that links me to the place.

02 October 2024 Need to have mutation of the property in name of his legal heirs. Only after that you can get NOC from the existing owners.

02 October 2024 Can I get a rental agreement in that case with any of the legal heirs including my mom and pay rent from my firms expense to use the property?

02 October 2024 Unless the property gets mutated in the name of the legal heirs, legally the rent agreement will not be valid.
