While incorporating (Pvt Ltd), we have just shown Mumbai as our registered office. Now we have opened a office at deharadun. How to inform the ROC about our additional place of business, which form to be filled

Dear Sushant,
According to me you are not requried to inform abt any other office to ROC.
But make sure that in any writing if ur putting address of ur dehradur office also put the address of registered office.

But in case of MVAT we have to inform the Sales tax dept about our additional place of business, isn't the same applicable for ROC
