one of our client comapany have 2 director, one of them resigned now if we appoint additional director, minimum director compliance fulfilled

In such case you must follow the provision of your company articles read with clause 75 of the Schedule I- Table A of the Companies Act, 1956.
The remaining director have power to appoint additional director to complete the quorum.
