Sir, we have only 3 directors in our co which is a listed and limited co and all the three directors are additional directirs who will be appointed as directors in this AGM. So plz confirm whether any director is liable to or will retire by rotation this year's AGM.

As per your query, if all directors are additional director, all three directors will retire on the upcoming AGM until such directors are not regularize in general meeting. Your company is listed and limited company, you must also comply minimum no of director and no of Independent director.
