Dear my query is
if a company regularies its addtional director in AGM/EGM then should it file form-32?

Yes.

Yes you have to file new form 32 with ROC as this regularization is equal to change in designation from additional director to director.
This form 32 is required to be filed with in 30 days of regularisation in EGM/AGM.
