Dear Experts, We have head office in uttar Pradesh. Last Month we also had obtained separate gst registration for our madhya Pradesh. branch. Pls tell me whether we need to add this branch of Bhopal MP in the registration of Uttar Pradesh I.e. head office in spite having separate registration.

Sir yes registration obtained with single PAN but GSTIN is different. Hence even I think No Need to add the inter branch in the head office registration" right

Sir one more query: suppose we got order from indore of any goods but in our indore branch I don't have stock thereof hence we usually decided that such goods to trf from head office to indore branch. So my question is since it is inter branch trf hence can we trf the goods on purchasing rate.

Sir if we do so:- then concern state may raise objections that it is amount to deficit for the concern state I.e. issuing invoice on purchasing rate. Whereas it would be the profit of branch
