24 February 2015 THE ASSESSEE HAS SUBMITTED SIGNED ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FOR AY 2014-15 AFTER 120 DAYS. STATUS SHOWS "RECEIVED AFTER DUE DATE"
THE ASSESSEE HAS CLAIMED TAX REFUND. WILL ASSESSEE BE ELIGIBLE TO GET TAX REFUND AFTER ASSESSMENT? OR IT WILL CONSIDERED AS NON-FILING ?
PLEASE GUIDE.

That means department will not give tds refund and will not process for assessment.

Now, I have to file return again (Original Return Not Revised) and then send acknowledgement for it.
As it is for AY 2014-15 can I file the same before March 2015 ?
