28 June 2014 in my opinion accounts is accounting the transactions and ensuring the compliance etc, whereas finance do activities related to finance planing like budgeting, arranging loans, planing other activities according to business.

28 June 2014 accounting is make the accounts for correct way upto balance sheet.

financing is arrangement/management of fund, budgeting, debtors, creditors payment scheduling, financing from bank etc.
