31 December 2015 why everyone is prefering male candidates in accounts department..i mean girls can perform same duties...nd one more things after getting experience by working in ca firm evry company wants me to get experience in company ..if no one gives me a chance to work in conpany how il get experience..why its happening with a ca finalist
