why everyone is prefering male candidates in accounts department..i mean girls can perform same duties...nd one more things after getting experience by working in ca firm evry company wants me to get experience in company ..if no one gives me a chance to work in conpany how il get experience..why its happening with a ca finalist

you are both assumptions are not right. Today in many of the corporate, girls are working and achieving and got success their career in Accounts.Even some companies are giving more preference to girls compare boys in the accounts team. some of the duties which involves more liasoning such as collection, banking going and coming, statutory departments going and coming those kind of positions, they looking male candidates.
