how is Alteration of shares ( i.e sub-division , consolidation and conversion ) during internal reconstruction benefial for a company ?

i guess you need to read your text book & understand it clearly. What you ask isn't a query, its a question to be asked to your teacher or you can even find out on your own using CA Modules (if ur CA student) or else google it out.
