Hi Friends.. I have passed out my P.E.2 in may 2008 and thereafter done articleship training of 3years and IT training. Now i want to know that whether i am eligible for accounting technician certificate or not? if yes then please tell me the procedure.

Yes you are eligible but why are you not completing your CA
