What will be an accounting entry for receipt of fees from trustees???

That will depend on the nature of the receipt. if it is membership fees, then the entry shall be:
Bank A/c Dr
To Membership
If it is a donation, then entry will be as under:
Bank A/c Dr
To Donation
Bank A/c Dr
To Membership
